Vehicle listing widget

The widget is a piece of code that you place on your website once. Once it's in place, your current Breaqs listings will be displayed and updated automatically - you don't need to do anything else.

What do you need?

• An active Breaqs Pro account
• An API key, which you can create via breaqs.com/app/apikeys

Placing the widget

1. Go to the widget page in your dashboard.
2. Choose a colour that matches your brand identity.
3. Click on “Copy code” to copy the code.
4. Paste the code into the desired location on your website (for example, via your CMS or web developer).

What is displayed?

For each advert, the widget displays: category, make/model, price, mileage and year of manufacture, along with a thumbnail image. If a visitor clicks on an advert, a detailed view opens showing all the information and photos.

Auctions are also displayed, with a button that links directly to the auction on breaqs.com, so that visitors can bid there.

Sold listings remain visible in the widget - after all, an interested visitor may still wish to contact you.

Good to know

• Your listings are automatically updated every 1 to 2 hours
• The widget renders independently of your website's style, so your own CSS cannot affect the widget (and vice versa)
• At the bottom of the widget, there is a small ‘powered by breaqs.com' credit
