Preferred method of contact: Breaqs chat or email

As a seller, you decide how interested buyers can get in touch with you.

By default, buyers can chat with you directly via the ‘Contact the seller' button, similar to WhatsApp. Would you rather not use chat and prefer to receive enquiries via email? You can easily change this setting.

Here's how to change your contact preference:

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click on ‘Your account'
3. Go to ‘How buyers contact you'
4. Choose one of the two options:
   
   - Chat on Breaqs messages arrive in your Breaqs inbox
   - Email only messages are sent directly to your registered email address

You can change this setting at any time.
